I’m totally blown away by your fantastic work and attention to detail!! What you have done so far with my favorite Star Trek ship is truly impressive!! I want to see more! lol
You feel like you’re truly aboard the best Federation Flagship ever. (IMO) 😉 I really enjoyed your first virtual tour, can’t wait to see more of this ship. Are we going to see the Bridge updated on this beautiful ship like in Star Trek Generations in 1994? I had wished the designers done that upgrade earlier on the 1701-D bridge, new red alert klaxon and LCARS year before, better late late than never. Again I’m really impressed with what you have done! Well done, with nice attention to details even down to the sound effects and ending shot!! Nice touch.
Correct me if i’m wrong but in all 7 seasons of TNG i don’t think i ever saw stairs once. There was the means of getting to floors via the turbolift and if that failed there was always the jeffrey tubes (spelt right?)
Not sure stairs would work well on a ship that saw a lot of action in deep space. Not like they can warn people of an impending battle all the time and if they are on the stairs that could prove to be a serious injury 😛
If you think about it the tubes and lifts all provided a way to secure yourself like the ladders in the tubes and the safety features in the turbolifts.
Awwww….that’s too bad. I agree with you the Generations bridge was a way more interesting bridge. I’d wish they did the refit way before the movie. I really felt the Galaxy Class should have had that bridge all along since the episode of Yesterday’s Enterprise and then Generations. I hope you might change your mind and reconsider? 😉 The original bridge was fine, it was a bit overlit but felt it was kinda bland/vanilla when compared to other Federation ships bridges. Again very nice work and detail Jason….loving this project.
